Jason brings more than 20 years of experience to True, where he is a partner advising global clients across a variety of industries.

Prior to True, Jason was the chief diversity and inclusion officer for Walker & Dunlop where he built their global DE&I capability focused on inclusive hiring of senior leadership talent, inclusion strategies and driving company innovation through DE&I.  Previously, Jason was the chief compliance officer and executive counsel for General Electric’s power business.  He has also worked in leadership roles for hedge fund, Bridgewater, and as a senior lawyer at WilmerHale.  Jason’s diverse leadership
experience gives him a unique approach and perspective to help clients solve for organizational transformation.

Jason graduated from Columbia Law School and Connecticut College.  He lives in Saratoga Springs, New York.  When Jason is not working you can find him traveling, running, exploring upstate New York and playing basketball with his daughter.
