Hugh holds more than 20 years of experience as an expert in the technology recruiting space, primarily focused in product, engineering, operations, and design for VC and PE- backed businesses.

Prior to joining the firm Hugh was the managing partner of a boutique search firm working with Fortune 100 organizations to define and lead the recruiting strategy and execution for internal startup incubators and innovation labs.  Hugh spent the early years of his career serving as a talent leader and consultant for Fortune 500 organizations.

Outside of work, Hugh is the proud father of six very active sons.  He spends most of his time on a court or a field and figuring out what to cook next.
