Gregory is a partner in the Middle East region and he is based in True’s Dubai office.

Gregory specializes in regional strategic, C-suite and board searches within the supply chain, logistics and transportation, e-commerce, financial services, pharmaceuticals, governments, free economic zones, consumer products, technology, real estate, hospitality and industrial sectors.  Gregory also has extensive experience in appointing investment professionals to leading regional sovereign funds and private equity firms.  Throughout his 10+ year executive search career, he has helped to place and develop high-caliber talent both for public and private sectors.

Prior to True, Gregory worked as a managing partner in another global search firm, and a regional leader of their global transportation, logistics and supply chain practice where he recruited senior executives for clients throughout MENA, Russia and CIS regions. Previously, he worked in C-level roles for retail, logistics, technology and non-profit organizations.

Gregory received his PhD in economics from Yerevan State University, his master’s degree in economics from Old Dominion University and did his internship at the United Nations Headquarters in the U.S.

He is fluent in English and Russian languages, and native in Armenian.
