Femke is a principal in True’s CEO and Board practices and is based in Sydney.  With over 15 years of experience in the global leadership advisory industry, Femke has led high-level executive searches and leadership assessments at board and C-suite level for public, PE and VC-backed clients.

With a network spanning EMEA and APAC, Femke contributes her international reach, local knowledge, and multilingual capabilities to True.  As a member
of the CEO and Board practices, Femke is focused on placing board and C-suite leaders across public, PE and VC companies.  Additionally, she focuses on both
board and executive assessment.

Before joining True, Femke lived and worked in Amsterdam and is currently based in Sydney, Australia. Along with English, she is also fluent in Dutch.  Femke obtained an MSc in occupational psychology / organizational behaviour from the University of London, where she was also certified to work with psychometric instruments.  Additionally, she holds a MSc in organizational change from the University of Amsterdam.
