Declan is an associate for True's People, Talent and Legal practice, sitting within the London office.  He operates across a range of industries within EMEA, for both B2B and B2C focussed, high growth clients. 

Prior to joining True, he graduated from the University of Leeds, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Psychology and Scientific Thought. During his studies, he continued to develop his interest in people and business, and how the two connect.  He continues to pursue this whilst working with organisations as they look to elevate their HR practice throughout their various growth phases.
