Debu is head of the Talent Advisory practice and a partner in the CEO/BOD practice, EMEA. He is responsible for developing and executing leadership advisory and assessment services for clients across the Middle East, North Africa and India. His specialty is C-suite and board advisory, and executive search within the professional services, industrial and consumer sectors.
Prior to True, Debu worked as a partner at Deloitte, KornFerry, Hay Group and Aon Hewitt. He has extensive experience across MENA and Asia Pacific regions.
Throughout his 30+ year career, he has helped clients solve complex challenges in the world of work.
Debu holds a MBA in marketing & systems. He is an alumnus of Singularity University and also completed his executive education from Harvard Business School in competitive strategy.
