Dakota focuses on CEO, president, and board-level searches within the Software and Enterprise Tech practice.
Prior to joining True, Dakota spent time as a consultant with a top five recruitment firm in their San Francisco office, focusing primarily on GTM leadership searches for VC-backed startup companies. Before that, Dakota spent five years traveling the world to recruit international students to his alma mater, the University of Oklahoma.
