Christina brings more than 16 years of search experience across the consumer sector with a specialization in CFO and strategic hire level finance engagements, including CAO, Controller, VP IR and VP FP&A with growth-stage, public and PE-backed companies.

Prior to joining True, Christina was a partner for the global consumer and retail practice at H.I. Executive Consulting.  Previously, she spent almost a decade as the director of business development and search at Martens & Heads where she helped scale the firm to be one of the premier global boutique executive search firms working with iconic brands across fashion, retail, luxury, beauty and lifestyle.  Christina started her search career in the CFO practice at CTPartners and the human capital management practice at Goldman Sachs.

Christina played soccer at Wesleyan University where she earned a degree in English.  She lives in Connecticut with her husband and three children.
