Caroline is an associate in True’s Go-to-Market & Consumer practices, where she specializes in C-level marketing and GM searches.  Caroline also co-leads TORCH North America, True’s employee resource group which is committed to developing rising leaders within the firm.

Caroline has a personal connection to startups.  As the daughter of a serial entrepreneur, she knows first-hand the commitment founders pour into their businesses.  She credits her father for teaching her the value of hard work, dedication and having a growth mindset.

Prior to joining True, Caroline held marketing roles in early to growth stage startups, ranging from luxury interior design to lithium-ion battery manufacturing.  Born and raised in the greater Boston area, Caroline has lived in several U.S. cities including Charleston, SC, Chicago, IL and is currently based in Denver, CO.
