Adrienne is a partner in True’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the Finance practice. She focuses on CFO, controller, FP&A and IR searches and has covered a broad industry base including consumer, manufacturing, distribution, industrial, technology, media, financial services, retail and healthcare/life sciences.
Adrienne has experience working on more than 200 searches for companies of varying sizes and ownership structures. While many of her placements have been for middle market private equity backed companies, she has also conducted work for family owned, public and privately held companies.
Prior to joining True, Adrienne spent 16 years at Heidrick & Struggles serving in the financial officers and private equity practices. She started her career in search by leading another national firm’s research department.
A native to Los Angeles, Adrienne graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in physical anthropology and psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
