Aaron co-leads the Diversity practice at True, specializing in placing DE&I executives and helping companies diversify their workforce. Aaron is also a member of the Financial Services practice, focusing on placing investment professionals, operating partners and talent and human capital leaders.
Prior to joining True, Aaron served as a member of the financial services, private equity and diversity practices at Heidrick & Struggles. He began his career with The Sanneh Foundation and served as the founder and director of the DreamLine Corps program.
Aaron graduated from Santa Clara University with a finance degree and competed as a Division 1 soccer athlete while at SCU. He currently serves as a board advisor to AboveBoard and a board director for the LEARN Charter School Network.
