Ally’s career sits at the intersection of private equity and healthcare talent, a combination that is increasingly rare and in high demand. Before joining True, she was at Linden Capital Partners, where she partnered closely with portfolio company leadership teams on talent strategy, organizational design, and senior executive hiring across Linden’s healthcare portfolio during periods of growth and transformation. Prior to Linden, she focused on healthcare leadership searches at Oxeon Partners, developing sharp expertise across the healthcare services ecosystem. She began her career inside early-stage healthcare companies, where she gained firsthand experience in the challenges and opportunities of building organizations from the ground up.

Jim Rosen
Jim specializes in CEO and senior executive searches for private equity-backed healthcare companies across both the technology and services sectors. His connection to the industry is personal: raised in a family of dentists, Jim developed an early appreciation for the impact strong leadership has on care delivery and organizational culture, and has spent his career helping build teams that raise the standard.
Prior to True, Jim worked at Korn Ferry in its healthcare executive search practice. He also led technical recruiting at Stellar Health and brought startup recruiting experience from Formative Search Partners (formerly CloserIQ). He holds an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Philosophy from Colgate University.
