Stephanie is head of True’s Go-to-Market Practice, spanning functional areas including sales, marketing, customer success, sales/revenue operations, sales engineering/solutions architecture, business operations and strategy. She works on the B2B side, recruiting VP and C-level executives for early through late stage technology companies.
As a managing director of the GTM practice, based in the San Francisco office, she specializes in working across B2B SaaS technical offerings spanning devops, data infrastructure and AI, as well as broader business applications, and loves partnering with founders and operators to find trajectory bending talent. Some of her later stage clients include Datadog, Dynatrace, Databricks, Github, Motive (fka KeepTruckin), Samsara, Instructure and Coursera; earlier stage clients include Braintrust Data, Sierra AI, Freshpaint, Builder.io, Imply Data, Bitly, Teleport, Ontra, Customer.io and Yellow AI. She has closed more than 150 searches since joining True.
Prior to joining True, she ran the sales leadership division at Betts Recruiting, where she specialized in placing revenue leaders at high-growth technology startups.
Stephanie received a bachelor’s degree with honors from Brown University. She spends most weekends hiking the hills of Oakland with her husband, two boys and two dogs.
