Mike is a managing director and head of the Product, Data & Technology Practice at True. He specializes in engineering and product leadership searches for VC and PE-backed organizations as well as public companies, with a focus in innovative B2B technology companies.
Mike has spent his career in the recruitment space and has a passion for learning about transformational technology companies and helping them find the executive talent, leading to their success.
Mike graduated from the University of New Hampshire, where he studied economics and played football for the Wildcats. After college, he joined the regional search firm WinterWyman, where he helped establish a newly formed executive search practice. Outside the office, Mike is an avid golfer and loves to stay active.
