Letitia Chan Peypoch is a partner at TrueBridge, which structures customized interim and fractional assignments for senior executive talent across all functional areas. Letitia is a human capital expert and provides talent solutions to public companies and investor-backed portfolio companies across a variety of roles.
Prior to TrueBridge, Letitia was at Business Talent Group (BTG) for over 12 years and was most recently Chief Operating Officer, where she led the client service and talent acquisition teams and was responsible for overall company operations and technology. She developed and scaled the company’s client service model and processes leading to significant growth and an acquisition by Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to BTG, Letitia served in various investment banking, consulting, strategy and entrepreneurial roles at companies such as Merrill Lynch, Bain, and Gap.
Letitia holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Letitia lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two daughters, and in her spare time, she enjoys reading and traveling.
