Leticia is a a regional lead of True’s Spain office and a partner in True’s Financial Services and Mid-Large Cap Practices. Leticia joined True in 2024 to extend the firm’s activity in financial services across EMEA, and to establish the presence of True in the Spanish market. She brings 20 years of experience with global professional advisory firms (Goldman Sachs and Egon Zehnder).
During her last 10 years, Leticia has dedicated her expertise to leadership advisory and executive search, partnering with clients across diverse sectors to address a broad set of challenges, encompassing executive search and board work, individual assessments (+400 management appraisals), team effectiveness reviews, and developmental coaching. She has partnered with clients on relevant CEO and C-suite successions with complex stakeholder management, and supporting those newly appointed senior leaders in their transition journeys.
Throughout her time in investment banking, Leticia collaborated closely with multinational corporations, public sector entities, and financial institutions on risk management (FICC derivatives), capital structuring and debt capital market transactions.
She holds a degree in business administration from ICADE and an executive MBA from IE business school. She is certified as a Meyler Campbell business coach and in the use of psychometric tools (16pf, Hogan, Immunity to Change).
