Most recently, Leticia has dedicated her expertise to leadership advisory and executive search, collaborating with clients across diverse sectors to address a spectrum of challenges, encompassing senior executive searches, developmental coaching, management assessments, and board efficacy evaluations. She adeptly advises intricate organizations with multifaceted stakeholders on C-suite appointments, and meticulously crafts robust succession frameworks to cultivate the forthcoming generation of leaders.
