Jackie joined True in 2015 to implement the human resources infrastructure needed to keep pace with the fastest growing business in the industry. Since then, Jackie has scaled the HR strategy and function through True’s continued global scale and business maturity; she now oversees HR operations, total rewards, employee relations, compensation and benefits and compliance. Jackie began her career in HR following her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University and later received a master’s degree in HR development from Villanova University.
