Brad Stadler is CEO and co-founder of True Platform, a global executive talent platform recognized for disrupting its industry. Under Brad’s co-leadership True became the industry’s sixth-largest firm, with a global footprint across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Brad is also co-founder and general partner of True Equity, an investment fund providing indexed exposure to top-tier venture capital investments. He serves as Chair of The Diabetes Link, a nonprofit supporting young adults living with Type 1 diabetes.
Before founding True, Brad and his business partner Joe Riggione built and sold IronHill Partners, one of the fastest-growing retained search firms in the U.S. IronHill was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles (NASDAQ: HSII) in 2008, where Brad joined as a partner in the venture capital and technology practice. He began his career as a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen.
Brad and his wife reside in New Jersey and have five children.
