Ben is a London-based managing director focused on placing C-suite and senior leadership go-to-market roles across the SaaS / software & technology ecosystem. He places for roles including GM, sales, marketing, customer success and revenue operations roles for seed/series A businesses all the way to PE-backed and public technology companies.
Ben was an early member of the European team, advising on best-in-class GTM talent for European HQ’d companies and US companies looking to expand across EMEA.
Prior to joining True, Ben worked with a specialist financial markets boutique executive search firm as an associate director, working on a range of high level assignments across fintech, insurance, asset management, investment banking and alternatives.
Ben attended the University of Southampton where he studied marine biology and gained Chartered status from the Insurance Institute (CII).
