Tuomo Salonen joins True as Head of Finland, while Partner Camilla Reventlow is relocating to Copenhagen to serve as Head of Denmark. Together, these changes formalize True’s 10-year Nordic presence and bring senior local leadership closer to clients following more than 70 searches and leadership advisory assignments over the past three years alone.
The expertise spans technology leadership, commercial expansion, CEO and board-level appointments and leadership advisory, reflecting the breadth of leadership challenges facing companies across the region, from building technology teams to navigating growth, transformation and succession.

Building in Finland
Based in Helsinki, Tuomo brings more than two decades of executive search and senior technology leadership experience across Finland and the Nordic region. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner of Finland at Heidrick & Struggles. Tuomo’s time as Regional Managing Director for Finland and the Baltics at Tech Data Corporation and a Managing Director at Fujitsu Siemens Computer provides the expertise and relationships Finnish companies need to navigate international leadership challenges.

Expanding in Denmark
Camilla’s relocation to Copenhagen builds on True’s existing work in Denmark, giving the firm a dedicated senior partner on the ground to lead and expand its work with Danish boards and leadership teams.
Camilla joined True as a Partner in 2025, drawing on 16 years of executive search experience across the Nordics, Benelux and throughout Northern and Western Europe. As part of True’s Product, Data & Technology, Go-To-Market and Hardtech, Deeptech & Physical AI practices, she advises boards and leadership teams on senior technology and commercial appointments, as well as broader board mandates. Prior to True, she led Heidrick & Struggles’ Technology & Services practice in the Benelux region, having earlier worked in Copenhagen on Nordic searches.
