Dubai - March 14, 2024—True, the only tech and data-first global talent platform, announced today that Paul Navratil has joined True Search as Regional Lead for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
Paul brings 28 years of consulting and talent advisory experience driving strategy and change across financial services and global industrial enterprises. He has worked extensively in the Middle East and brings a solid knowledge of the region to True.

Throughout his career, Paul worked at some of the top consulting firms such as EY, PwC and Deloitte, working with clients to develop strategy, drive real transformation, and maximize enterprise value. Paul is a leader in assisting clients to align strategy, leadership, talent, and organization. At True, he will accelerate our unique talent management value proposition with our Middle Eastern and global clients to develop new talent strategies as they evolve, disrupt, and redefine their markets.

Paul’s personal and professional life has led him to live in 11 different countries, across three continents. Currently based in Paris, he will split his time between France and Dubai and is excited to return to the Middle East. He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish, and conversational in Arabic and Slovak.
