A proven leader and builder of practices, products, and talent capabilities returns to shape True’s next chapter
PHILADELPHIA, PA — July 29, 2026 — True, the premier global executive talent platform powered by data, AI, and deep sector expertise, today announced the return of Jacob Sack as Executive Vice President, Platform. In this newly created role, Jacob will partner with firm leadership to develop new products, strengthen True’s global platform, and accelerate the firm’s ability to respond to evolving client needs across the portfolio.
Jacob’s career has been defined by an ability to listen and identify what teams and companies need, and then help build it. Following early work in strategy consulting and social impact investing, Jacob entered the healthcare talent sector at Oxeon, where he learned the executive search frameworks that would anchor his talent career. At True, he launched and co-led the Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice before joining Rubicon Founders, an entrepreneurial healthcare investment firm focused on building and growing transformational companies. Jacob served as the first talent operating partner at Rubicon Founders, where he built scalable, operational infrastructure to power talent acquisition, assessment, and development efforts across the portfolio.

His experience on both sides of the talent equation, as a practitioner who has placed leaders and an operator who has been accountable for the results, means the solutions he builds will reflect the full complexity of what clients actually face.
