Brad is co-CEO and founder of True Platform, and president of True Search. In this role, he sets the strategic direction and oversees the day-to-day management of True Search. He brings more than 15 years of experience to select board and CEO searches for growth stage technology businesses.
Before founding True, Brad, together with Joe Riggione, built and sold IronHill Partners, a national retained search firm that became one of the fastest growing in the U.S. within a five-year period. Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles (NASDAQ: HSII) acquired IronHill in 2008, at which point Brad joined the firm as a partner in the venture capital and technology practice. He began his professional career as a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen.
