El is a principal in True’s CEO & Board Practice, specializing in CEO & Board searches across the consumer tech ecosystem including tech platforms, consumer subscription, social media, marketplaces, gaming, media and entertainment. Her experience spans businesses of all stages, from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies.
Prior to True, she was a talent intern at VMG Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm that invests primarily in the consumer-packaged goods space.
El graduated from Middlebury College with a bachelor’s degree in economics and was a captain of the women’s volleyball team.
