Abby is a principal in True’s Chicago office. Her focus is within product, engineering and AI, placing senior executives across venture-backed growth, private equity-backed and public companies. She specializes in leadership roles that drive innovation and scale, including C-level executives across product, engineering, AI/ML, and product/technology-oriented GM and president roles.
Prior to joining True, Abby worked at a boutique executive search firm, where she focused on C-level placements across a variety of industries and asset classes. She has built her career in executive search and brings experience partnering with clients and candidates on searches across the technology ecosystem.
Abby graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in business/organizational communication. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and hosting friends and family.
