Duncan is a principal in the Product, Data, & Technology Practice. He’s spent his career within enterprise software executive search, working primarily with late stage businesses (pre-IPO through large cap public, as well as PE-backed).
Prior to joining True, Duncan worked at Bespoke Partners, where he placed executives at software companies backed by investors including Thoma Bravo, Welsh Carson Anderson Stowe, Battery Ventures, and TA Associates.
Outside the office, Duncan plays soccer, reads, cooks, and scours New York (and the globe) for interesting meals. A native Bostonian, he remains fiercely loyal to his hometown teams (go Celts!).
