Andy is a principal in True’s Energy Transitional & Industrials Practice. He supports large-listed energy and infrastructure asset operators and their supply chains, as well as investor-backed energy technologists to appoint board, C-suite, and transformation and advisory leadership roles across EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific.
Before joining True, Andy spent four years at Wilton & Bain where he led the energy & infrastructure practice, and he spent 12 years at a leading independent search firm where he specialized in energy, infrastructure and professional services.
Andy has 18 years of executive search experience and is passionate about diversity, sustainability and innovation. He is an ambassador for Powerful Women, supporting their aim for women to hold at least 40% of UK energy sector management and leadership roles by 2030.
