Kristyna sits within the global Consumer Practice, with a dedicated focus on beauty and lifestyle. She also partners with select digital platforms, such as Zalando.
Kristyna established and led the Consumer EMEA and B2C Go-To-Market Practices in EMEA. She cultivated a passionate international consumer community with the goal of serving clients and candidates across a variety of consumer ecosystems, asset classes, and growth ambitions.
Kristyna brings 16 years of experience in executive search, covering various functional areas: CEO and board, general management, full-stack marketing, omnichannel, digital, and commercial. Over the past few years, she partnered with clients such as e.l.f Beauty, Estee Lauder Companies, MECCA, Medik8, Give Back Beauty, Manzanita Capital among others.
She lives in London with her husband and a two-year-old Golden Retriever, Rupert.
