With more than eight years of professional experience in executive search, she sits in True’s Consumer, CEO, Board and Go-to-Market Practices, hiring senior executives (focus on marketing, growth, sales, general management and operations) for leading high-growth venture capital and private equity-backed technology companies. Some of her clients include: OpenClassrooms, SantéVet, Boxy, Point Vision, Blinkist, Miles, Choco, Tomorrow, Satispay, Dreamlines, Bitpanda, Dance, Nucom, Personio, Depop, Spotify, etc.
Prior to joining executive search, Cristina was a managing director of a Berlin-based cultural institute.
Cristina speaks Romanian (native), English, Spanish, French, Italian and German and is a sociologist by background (bachelor’s degree completed in Romania and Spain and master’s degree in management of cultural landscapes completed in France, Italy and Germany).
