Based in Boston, Brad is a principal in True’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice, partnering with high-growth companies and investors to build exceptional leadership teams. His work spans VC and PE-backed organizations across biotech, diagnostics, digital health and medical devices, with a focus on placing transformative executives who drive both scientific progress and commercial success.
Before joining True, Brad led healthcare executive recruiting for Khosla Ventures, supporting a portfolio of more than 100 companies. His work included direct recruitment of C-level leaders, candidate assessment and process management and advisory on compensation, equity and organizational design. Earlier in his career, Brad held executive recruiting roles at Roivant Sciences and The Bowdoin Group, where he developed deep expertise across R&D, clinical, commercial and G&A functions.
Brad earned his bachelor’s degree from Colby College, where he was captain of the men’s tennis team.
