Maya is a partner in True’s Healthcare practice, specializing in CEO, CFO and P&L leadership roles for private equity-backed healthcare companies. She brings extensive experience advising investors and operators on building finance and executive leadership teams that drive growth and transformation.
Before joining True, Maya co-led the CFO practice at Oxeon, where she partnered with clients to place senior finance talent across diverse multiple asset classes. Earlier in her career, she was an investment banker in the global healthcare group at Lazard, advising biopharma and healthcare services clients on M&A and strategic initiatives. She began her career in healthcare research and consulting.
Maya earned a Bachelor of Arts in international relations from Tufts University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Originally from Portland, Oregon, she now resides in New York City.
