Prior to joining TrueBridge, Philippa spent ten years at a global executive search firm, where she led the executive interim CFO & transformation practice. In this role, she served as a trusted partner to clients, helping them successfully manage the full talent life cycle and securing high-calibre leaders. She began her career at a global recruitment consultancy specializing in placing financial talent within the investment banking industry. Her transformative mindset and functional expertise have contributed to her success in placing C-suite leaders across finance, transformation, technology and operations.
Based in London, Philippa is recognized as a trusted partner and is passionate about connecting financial services, venture capital and private equity high-growth, technology-enabled businesses with best-in-class interim leaders at the C-suite level and their direct teams.
Philippa grew up in South Africa and has spent her adult life in the UK, which she now firmly considers home.
