Camilla is a partner in True’s Product, Data & Technology and Go-to-Market Practices. With a strong foundation in executive search, a broad European perspective, and deep expertise in the tech landscape, she partners with high-growth startups, corporates, and global teams to shape transformative leadership. She is focused on expanding True’s presence in the Danish and Dutch markets, while specializing in product, data and technology roles across Europe.
Over the past 15 years, Camilla has held leadership roles in both global firms and boutique search consultancies. Most recently, she led the technology & services practice for Heidrick & Struggles in the Benelux region, following earlier roles focused on European mandates from Munich and Nordic searches based in Copenhagen. She also spent time in London, deepening her international experience across markets and sectors. Her work has spanned the technology spectrum, with a particular focus on placing CIOs, CDOs, CISOs, CTOs and CPOs across industries.
Camilla began her career in the corporate world, holding roles at companies including IBM, Maersk and Ricoh. She holds a Master of Science in engineering.
