Her background blends executive search expertise with operational leadership as a 2x founder.
Prior to joining True, Caitlin built and sold a technology focused executive search firm, founded a VC-backed HR tech platform, was a Partner in a Big Five consulting firm, and served as an in-house talent leader. Caitlin has previously led executive search initiatives across global public and boutique firms, consistently approaching the work with a team orientation and hands on approach as best practices to achieve optimal results. Her passion is aligning companies and executives based on shared experience, success, culture and purpose.
Caitlin also hosts the “Happy at Work” podcast, showcasing leaders and companies that cultivate thriving cultures, which parallels with her work and passion serving clients as a talent advisor.
