With more than 14 years of experience in recruiting C-suite talent, Aymen delivers successful results for clients ranging from globally recognized brands to some of MENA’s leading companies, including Yoox Net-A-Porter, Financial Times, NBK Group, Brookfield and PIF.
He brings a unique body of executive search experience to True, namely with Korn Ferry in Dubai, where he served as Head of the Technology and Digital Officers practice. Where he led executive search engagements across the MENA region focusing on CPO, CIO, CTO, CDO, CBO and CISO mandates at public, large-cap, growth and PE-backed companies. Earlier in his career, Aymen co-founded Ojo Digital FZ LLC, a recruitment platform designed to support graduates in launching their professional careers. Additionally, he previously led technology recruitment practices at Green Park Executive Search and Harvey Nash in London.
