Will is a principal in True’s Product, Data & Technology Practice and based in New York. He focuses on CxO and VP level searches in data, IT, engineering and product for both private equity and VC-backed technology business, as well as public companies.
Prior to joining True, Will led technology recruitment at Luminary, a subscription podcast platform. As Luminary’s first recruitment hire, Will built out the company’s data, engineering and product teams. He began his career at BlackRock working in alternative investments.
Will graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania.
