Teresa is a Managing Director and leads True’s People, Talent & Legal practice, she is also a member of our Financial Services practice. With over 25 years of experience, Teresa brings a unique blend of executive search expertise and hands-on human resources leadership. She has held senior Human Resources roles at large, global public companies, including Fannie Mae, Capital One, Gartner, and Marriott, where she built and led world-class talent teams.
Teresa’s deep understanding of the complexities of talent challenges, coupled with her strong network of industry leaders, enables her to deliver exceptional client results. She has a proven track record of placing transformational leaders, including C-suite executives and other key roles, across the functions of HR and Technology.
Before joining True, Teresa honed her search and consulting skills at Heidrick & Struggles and Deloitte. Her passion for helping individuals find their ideal career opportunities is at the core of her work.
