Recognized as one of the sector’s leading executive recruiters, he has partnered with hyperscalers, global and regional data centre operators, private equity and infrastructure investors, and real estate developers to build transformative leadership teams.
Prior to joining True, Steve led the Digital Infrastructure practices at Granger Reis and Korn Ferry, advising clients across the full value chain. Earlier in his career, he headed the Technology practice at Hoggett Bowers, where he worked with cloud, data, and connectivity companies to strengthen leadership and accelerate innovation.
