Sidney is a principal in True’s Healthcare, Life Sciences and People, Talent & Legal practices. Her expertise lies in executing executive searches across the high-growth PE and venture-backed organizations across healthcare and life sciences ecosystems. She specializes in operations, commercial and general management placements.
Before joining True, Sidney served as a human resources generalist at the cutting-edge aerospace startup, Boom Supersonic. In this role, she played a pivotal role in enhancing a wide spectrum of employee lifecycle initiatives.
Sidney holds a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship and human resources from University of Iowa. Outside of her professional endeavors, you can find Sidney enjoying the outdoors, frequently skiing in Utah’s Wasatch Mountains or at the dog park with her two dogs.
