Her expertise lies in executing executive searches across the high-growth PE and venture-backed organizations across healthcare and life sciences ecosystems. She specializes in operations, commercial and general management placements.
Before joining True, Sidney served as a human resources generalist at the cutting-edge aerospace startup, Boom Supersonic. In this role, she played a pivotal role in enhancing a wide spectrum of employee lifecycle initiatives.
Sidney holds a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship and human resources from University of Iowa.
