Shelby is a principal in True’s Energy Transition & Industrial Practice, where she focuses on C-suite and board-level searches with high-growth companies. Shelby has executed searches across asset classes including VC and PE-backed companies, public enterprises and nonprofit organizations.
Prior to joining True, Shelby worked at Harvard Business School, where she supported MBA students and alumni in the environmental and social impact industry. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations and French from the University of Richmond, and a masters in education from Boston University.
