With more than 20 years of executive search experience, Ros is a partner in True’s global Digital Infrastructure Practice. A recognized leader in the market, she partners with data center operators, real estate developers, infrastructure investors, private equity firms, and hyperscalers to build high-performing leadership teams that drive growth and transformation. With an instinct for spotting transformative leadership and a pulse on industry shifts, she helps clients secure visionary executives who can navigate disruption, transformation, and growth across the digital infrastructure landscape.
Ros has helped clients scale operations, assemble leadership capable of meeting the sector’s rapid pace of change, and navigate the fast-evolving world of cloud and AI since 2018. She is also highly experienced in supporting new investors and market entrants in building C-suite teams from the ground up.
Before joining True, Ros built and led global digital infrastructure client relationships at Korn Ferry, where she oversaw the data center delivery team and key accounts. She later became a Partner at Granger Reis, and earlier in her career advised blue-chip organizations on senior customer management appointments.
Ros earned her LLB in Law from the University of Liverpool.
