- Rory is a leadership advisory expert with 7 years experience helping executives and teams unleash their potential. She joined True in 2023 to lead TrueBridge’s leadership assessment and development department and became a member of True Advisory in 2024. Her expertise lies in executive assessment and development.
Prior to joining True, Rory was a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ leadership advisory practice where she worked closely with clients and candidates to assess, develop and support them in their ongoing journeys. She was in charge of executive assessment projects spanning all industries and C-suite roles.
Rory has a B.S. in psychology from Georgia Tech and M.A in organizational psychology from Michigan State University. She is certified in Hogan and schooled in the Coactive coaching methodology. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
