Riqui is a principal in True’s Software & Enterprise Tech and Go-to-Market Practices, where he partners with leading private equity, growth equity, and venture capital firms to place senior executives and partners at high growth SaaS and professional services companies.
Prior to joining True, Riqui was a relationship strategist at PNC Private Bank, where he earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. In that role, he advised high networth individuals and families, offering tailored guidance across wealth planning, executive compensation, and long-term financial strategy.
Riqui holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, graduating cum laude from the University of Florida, and earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Outside of work, he leads his own nonprofit, CHOMP Cancer, and enjoys spending time on the water with family and friends. He is an avid supporter of the Florida Gators and Cleveland Sports teams and currently resides in Miami, Florida.
