Reshma is a partner in True’s Investment Management Practice, and is based in the New York office.
Early in her career, Reshma spent more than a decade working in investment management across private markets product and business development roles, specifically as a fundraiser and product specialist on Hamilton Lane as well as BlackRock’s private equity teams. This perspective gives her a deeply rooted understanding of the institutional asset management landscape.
Over the last 14 years, she has led strategic talent acquisition at boutique search firms (including Glocap Search) as well as in-house leading executive search within various asset managers (including Nuveen and Lord Abbett).
Her recent work portfolio includes: executive recruiting across public and private markets investment, distribution and product talent. She also has developed specialized skill sets around succession planning and talent footprint analysis in connection with M&A due diligence.
