Philippe is a partner in True’s Consumer and Talent Advisory Practices. Based in Dubai, he advises organizations across the Middle East, working closely with CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams on senior executive search and leadership advisory mandates. His work spans private sector groups as well as government and semi-government entities, supporting CEO, C-suite, senior management, and non-executive board appointments.
In addition to executive search, Philippe partners with leadership teams on organizational effectiveness and large-scale transformation initiatives, including organization design, culture and engagement, leadership assessment, and executive reward strategy. His work frequently supports complex organizational change and national transformation agendas.
Before joining True, Philippe held senior leadership roles at Korn Ferry, where he partnered with leading institutions on enterprise-wide people and leadership strategies across the Middle East and Africa. Earlier, he spent 15 years with Alshaya Group, including as Corporate HR Director, leading the full corporate HR agenda across more than 90 international brands and a workforce of 65,000 employees in 19 countries. Prior to this, Philippe held roles with L’Oréal and Fujifilm in Latin America.
Philippe holds an MBA from HEC Montréal. He is a visiting professor of Career Management at SKEMA Business School’s Dubai campus and host of The Executive Coffee Club leadership podcast. He is trilingual in English, Spanish, and French.
