Morgan is a principal in True’s Finance Practice, based in the New York office. She partners with investor-backed clients to place CFOs in high-growth food & beverage and beauty CPG companies.
Prior to joining True, Morgan spent 6 years at PierceGray, where she gained extensive experience in placing executives and operating partners at private equity firms and their portfolio companies. She partnered with top tier investors including Warburg Pincus, KKR, and Bain Capital. Internally, Morgan was highly involved with the growth of the firm, having built the research training program, led internal tech strategy, search process enablement and was an active member of the DEI committee and onboarding teams.
Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and neuroscience from Vanderbilt University. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys cooking and traveling.
