Morgan is a principal in True’s Finance Practice, based in the New York office. She has extensive recruiting experience across diverse functions, including finance, operations, sales, strategy, legal, R&D and P&L leadership.
Prior to joining True, Morgan spent 6 years at PierceGray, where she gained extensive experience in placing executives and operating partners at private equity firms and portfolio companies, such as Virgin Voyages, Rugs USA and kdc/one. At PierceGray, Morgan was also was responsible for tech strategy and search process enablement and was deeply involved in the organizational structure. Additionally, she helped build their research training program and was an active member of the DEI committee and onboarding team.
Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and neuroscience from Vanderbilt University. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys cooking and traveling.
