Molly is a partner in the Healthcare Practice, finding talent for venture and private equity-backed companies that are driving the much needed changes in healthcare today.
Prior to joining True Molly worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering, helping leaders adapt to changes in the industry through performance improvement, financial, operational and clinical initiatives focused on innovative solutions improving quality and patient experience. Previously Molly was at The Kinetix Group, working both with life science companies to rethink their customer marketing and go-to-market strategies in a shifting value based world, and healthcare providers in clinical transformation projects. Molly began her career working at The Brookings Institution in the Engelberg Center for Healthcare Reform at the height of the debate and legislation of the Affordable Care Act. The experience cemented her passion for the industry given the evolving landscape and all the possibilities ahead transforming how we access, pay and experience care.
Molly received her Bachelor of Science degree in journalism and political science from the University of Miami and her Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.
When Molly isn’t in the office—or rather her apartment working remote— you can find her taking long walks or short runs, devouring a new book or trying to tackle a new cooking recipe way out of her league.
