Prior to joining True, Michael was with Renovata Partners in London, New York and Stockholm.  Previously, he was vice president of people & talent at TOA Technologies, an enterprise SaaS market leader that was acquired by Oracle.  He also served as chief people officer at Aver Informatics, a data analytics startup disrupting the U.S. Healthcare sector.  He started his career in executive search as an early member of Christian & Timbers and also held senior roles in human resources and talent acquisition leadership at Ernst & Young / CapGemini.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications and journalism from Kent State University and studied business administration and law at Cleveland State University.  He splits time between the U.S. and Europe, residing in Denver with his wife and two dogs.
