Prior to True, MaryAnn led C-suite and VP recruiting for ECA Partners, a boutique executive search firm that worked with private equity and venture-backed clients.
MaryAnn earned her Ph.D. in archaeology from the University of California, Los Angeles and led excavations across Europe and the Middle East prior to her start in executive recruiting. Originally from New Jersey, she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from University College London.
