Prior to True, Mark served as head of talent for Matrix Capital Management, a $8b AUM long/short hedge fund focused on technology. Previously, he helped build True’s Product, Data, and Technology Practice as an early member of the San Francisco office. He began his executive search career at Heidrick & Struggles.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in science, technology, and societies from the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the board of Hit The Books, a martial arts and education focused non-profit committed to serving students from underserved NYC communities. Outside of work, he is an avid NBA fan, markets enthusiast, and oenophile/foodie.
